The Final Conference of the “Speak English MOOC – English Language MOOC to Improve Speaking Skills” Project was held.
A great organization was held at Bartın University on June 01, 2022 for the Final Conference of the Speak English MOOC – English Language MOOC to Improve Speaking Skills” Project, which is coordinated by Bartın University in partnership with Eskişehir Anadolu University from Turkey, Universidad Politecnica de Madrid from Spain and BEST Institut für berufsbezogene Weiterbildung und Personaltraining GmbH from Austria.
Relevant national and international stakeholders, especially educators and adult learners, attended the event presenting important speakers in the fields of Language Teaching and E-Learning from Türkiye and abroad. At the event held in English, the importance of Erasmus+ projects and massive open online courses today was referred to, the project experiences were shared, and the participants who were interested in either teaching or learning English were told how they could make use of the platform developed within the scope of the project.
The platform will be available soon, providing the opportunity to improve foreign language speaking skills online, and anyone interested will be able to use it free of charge.
